Excellent idea- fence them in. Anyone have a strong padlock available? Can we hook a genny to it to keep them there? Disconnect all the outgoing wires and hook them to the fence.

Shirley they’ll let all of these folks in, by the droves. Bus them in...offer free meals and preprinted signs/t-shirts, and all.
