There is no stipulation that they must have a Muslim leader, nor is there a stipulation that they cannot have a Muslim leader.
The “leader” doesn’t have to be honest in the first place, and most likely would not be honest.
The main point being, the mentalities desired by those who want to control “everything” are being put into place in all countries that cannot be, currently, easily pacified with the population they started with.
I get the stiplations-—I’m asking for an example. Do you know of ANY non-colonial Muslim state ever ruled by a non-Muslim? Certainly I can’t think of any Arabic/Paki/Iranian/Egyptian leader who has ever been a non-Muslim. Maybe there was an Indonesian.
