This article is pure speculation with absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support the entitled premise. From the Article:

"Charles C. Johnson put up documents showing that Curiel's father crossed the U.S. border with Mexico at least twice and might not have become a U.S. citizen.

He also published images of the death certificates of the judge's parents that apparently show no Social Security number.

"GotNews.com can find no evidence that Curiel's parents ever became U.S. citizens. For all we know, Judge Curiel is an anchor baby," he wrote

Crossing the border "at least two times" is not illegal. Indeed, there are thousands of Mexicans who legally cross the border on a weekly or monthly basis to shop, and many of them have crossed the border hundreds of times.

Not becoming a Unites States Citizen is also not illegal. I know people who legally entered the country and became lawful permanent residents.

Just checked my mother's death certificate and there is no social security number on the certificate.

The article is really awful and establishes nothing.

At one time, SSNs were applied for when one acquired a job, not handed out at birth—as today.
