This would make for an interesting topic on Fox News. If all hell is already breaking loose when Trump comes to town, what will/may happen in California if Trump wins? Will we see a repeat of Rodney King/Baltimore Violence again? Hopefully the remaining conservatives living in LA/San Jose will run for their lives before November.
There will be something like a pogrom coupled with an invasion.
I would imagine Obama will basically throw the borders open. He’ll force border patrol and other federal Law Enforcement to stand down (the whole military doctrine of the Obama/Hillary years can be summarized as “stand down”).
The beat-downs and chase-downs you saw in San Jose will be repeated tens of thousands of times all over the southwestern United States.
This will in turn cause an armed response by many Americans not willing to become victims.
As a result, the coming of Trump will go down in history as the last gasp of White America, ushered in with armed violence against “immigrants.”
The true facts will be suppressed, and the false narrative will become history. This won’t happen immediately, but it will happen.
They’ve been rioting and looting most of the time their anointed one has been president. Expect more of the same when he wins..
That sucks. What state is that so I know to avoid it.
However, we KNOW that we can rely on the press to blow up whatever fracas that may occur even if only three souls are involved. Hey, that's their job.
Sheesh, what people will do to avoid long, six-month, cold, miserable winters of ice and snow and freezing noses.
My mother-in-law was from Duluth. She said that they never used their refrigerator or freezer in the winter. They just opened their back door and stuck the food in the snow...which was higher than their door.
Most jobs worth having are obtained through knowing someone or being related to someone. That’s been my life-long experience.
Yeah. Networking does work.
Always did; always will.
Way of the world: not what you know but ...
Doomsday scenarios are unlikely.
I think we should be concerned with violence up to the election more so than after it.
The current violence is intended to intimidate and make people afraid to vote Trump. An election victory will change the dynamic of what they believe can realistically accomplished via violence.
Hawaii. The last Republican candidate for governor hasn’t been able to find a real job since he lost two years ago.
Basically, we have a one-party government at all levels. It is made even less democratic by the fact that many decisions are made by the Democrat Party Central Committee and then implemented by the Party in the legislature, or is dictated to Hawaii by the Democrat Party nationally. (For example, gay marriage was pushed through by the legislature in a “special session,” even though a substantial majority of the people in Hawaii were opposed.)
The second is that the Democrat Party has increasingly been using a system where they do not allow an open election. Instead, the incumbents simply “resign” at an opportune time, thereby allowing the governor to appoint the next designated Democrat to take their office. By the time an actual election takes place, the incumbent has solidified his/her position with promises of political support and political contributions. Thus, the Democrats often always maintain an incumbent in office and seats do not open up; most people realize it would be futile to challenge them. Many local elections are uncontested.
Three, Hawaii is a big “pay to play” state. If you want to get government contracts, or even be considered for the boards of directors of many local corporations, you have to grease the right skids in the Party. Many of the more significant companies in Hawaii are in essence controlled by the Democrat Party by virtue of the composition of their boards.
Thus, for example, the Democrat mayor of Honolulu simultaneously sits on the board of one of the State’s largest savings and loans, and gets $150,000 in board fees on top of his compensation as mayor.
This evening, I saw a car (SUV) with a "MITT" and a "Romney/Ryan" sticker. Not a scratch on it that I could see. I did a double take. I thought, that person is making a statement of defiance, subtle but sure.
We will all be less safe if he loses and thuggery led by treachery rules our nation
Just extend the wall up the eastern border of California all the way to Oregon. Two birds - one stone. Aw heck, while we’re at it just go ahead and wall off Oregon and Washington, too.
I’ll keep an eye out for it!
Absolutely noting will happen. What’s the motivation to post stuff like this?
Wrong. Hopefully they'd grow a set of 'nads, load their "illegal" ugly black rifles, and fight the forces of evil.
That'll never happen, though. They'll run.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
On a personal note, I will avoid contact with them as much as possible, but if attacked, I will defend myself to the uttermost. Let the chips fall where they may. But it is my personal opinion that it will get much worse before election time.
