Just across the expressway from the Superdome, WWII Museum, etc. The old Calliope Housing Projects area, now renamed the “B.W. Cooper Apartments”. They can change the name of the subsidized housing, but the same element sticks around.
I’d bet if they’d put in a player calliope in the projects, going full steam 24x7, okay, 8am-8pm, it would clear out a lot of the riff-raff.
