Hmm, I wonder if this special little snowflake has ever seen one of the video games that kids love to play these days. Between first-person-shooters and the role-playing games where kids do nothing but kill, that picture from X-Men is quite tame by comparison.

Ah, but in the video games, they kill mostly male characters.
The objection is not about violence, but violence against WOMEN, a special protected class. It's OK for women to beat up guys in the movies, but unacceptable for a women to be beaten by a guy (take a hit, OK -- beaten no).
Somehow I think if it were the other way around, they would have been just fine with it.
