NO I Do Not believe he is totally innocent, STUPID Yes, Can’t handle his Booze YES. BUT If we are going to hold him accountable under the LAW, then BOTH OF THESE ADULTS need to be Held Accountable UNDER THE LAW for Creating the situation in the first place.
ps This is the ARGUMENT I would use if I were Defending him, then I would SUE THE COUPLE and OWN THEIR HOUSE!!!
