Prairie View, Texas just named a street after Sandra Bland who hanged herself in her jail cell after getting combative with a cop in a traffic stop.
Oh, yeah - that was the state trooper who was cruising college chicklettes because the 30-odd strong campus police department couldn't handle their own jurisdiction... :)
