What I saw was that in the beginning, plenty of us were for TRUMP, right away.
TRUMP rocked. We were loving it and having a party with it. What he said rocked DC. It rocked politics. It rocked the media. It certainly teed off the GOPE and all the other establishment machines. Who could resist?
Anyway, as time went on, our vocal and raucous party entertained a few snotty Cruzers, who simply seemed to detest our great and increasing satisfaction with our guy, TRUMP. We partied on.
We ignored the interference on our threads of happy analysis and conversation. A few would peck back, but with most of us TRUMP supporters at the time there was so much breaking news and barriers, with TRUMP, the whiners were way down on the list of our responses.
Then a “few” Cruzers turned into a cascade of pissed off, bitter crazies.
It has not been the same since. TRUMP kicked Cruz @$$ and drove off. Finally, Jim Robinson had to step in.
The Cruzers turned the place into a snot fest, imho, and still if they were here, would try to bring down the place, kill the delight we have with our awesome candidate, as he opens the GENERAL ELECTION field.
Now, it turns out, we are just as bitter towards the incessant Cruzers as they were us. Too bad, but they paved their road around here, and the rest of us have an election to try and win. Who needs the miscreants, whiners and downers.
They will or won’t vote Republican anyway. We can not change that decision, by kissing their hurt butt.

Many of them often had long absences/years between posts/replies.

It’s not about left or right. That’s the game they give us on both sides to play, so we are distracted. It’s about freedom vs serfdom to the oligarchy. The global oligarchy who is only out for themselves.
Trump right now is the only billionnaire (able to keep his family safe) offering himself up to fight the oligarchy.

At this point the only thing that can be expected to save the Republic is a physical or financial disaster big enough to purge out decades of dead wood and leave a significant majority of Constitutionalists around to win the reigns of government and root out the elitists.
I have no unrealistic expectations for Trump, if he got half of what he’s pledged done I would consider it a miracle. I pray we don’t ride him in to a landslide only to find out he’s a super Arnold. You have to essentially pick the man who will at the least allow the people who hold dear the founding ideals more time to get their houses in order for chaos.
In terms of historical lifespans of governmental/monetary systems we’re already on borrowed time, 10 generations is about the average time between periods of major societal upheaval, also, we’re past the typical collapse point following the divestment of a backed monetary system.
The elites and rich are going to position to watch this from secure areas and want to come pick up the pieces and/or fold what’s left into a world government.
Constructionists/conservatives/family values folk have always had a crap ground game when it comes to making stands. We have jobs, close families, homes, and wealth tied up in stability. The left rocks the ground game because their troops/pawns are not tied to enough social and material things for them to give a crap.
You’ve got to look at this through probabilities, Trump in at the least gives one more time to prepare. Prepare through relocation, paying off debt, maintaining the 2nd Amendment longer, getting in shape, etc... Given 4 or 8 years of him also gives the newly awakened electorate time to secure local and regional elected positions. Time to double down on waging economic warfare against people and businesses that hold ideals antithetical to the Republic.
You can’t hold for a second that he hasn’t done mountains of good already in merely exposing who is and isn’t a total worthless douchebag in the Republican Party. The terror he’s already instilled in RINOs and the media is telling, that alone is a pretty damn good indicator of where to cast a vote and unless you have a miracle candidate to pull out of the bag of shit that is “experienced politicians” you should get off your ass, vote for him and hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
