No it wouldn't. That works only in print. Trump speaks at a fourth grade level not because he has a fourth grade intelligence, but because he has to be understood in a sound bite by as many people as possible. People like us get the "Fauxcahontas" thing. The public at large doesn't. They DO understand that she's as native American as he is.
