next time you see the pop-up, start into your TASK MANAGER and see what is running
Go to the location of the app
delete it
It may not let you delete it, if it is running... so
EVERY FREEPER should have these three things:
1)Avast antivirus
2)MalwareBytes
3) CCLeaner
All of them have a free home version.
Run them all and do a scan/clean
Then run CCLeaner and see if you can find the application or service that is running at startup and delete it.
(it may not have the name ‘snapfish’ that’s how these arseholes keep you from completely deleting their crapware easily)

As an asides ... my COMCAST provider gives free, Norton Pro (or something like that) ... would any of those interfere and/or slow down my com pyu tootin’ ?
