It used to be that virtually every workplace employed one particular person called a "supervisor". The supervisor's job was to make decisions on behalf of the business owner.
I thought it was a pretty good system. I wonder what system they are using now.
Oh, now they simply tag the little dears, and leave them to wander aimlessly about. "Free range," I think they call it. ;)
