Not surprising.
Chester is about 25 minutes from my hometown. Something like this is always going on at that location. I always make sure I am carrying.
Back at Christmas, we stopped in to get coffee and use the restroom. Due to disagreements among the staff behind the counter, it was taking nearly 10-12 minutes for customers to get coffee, so after waiting 5-7 minutes we walked out.

At my job years ago there was a worker there who was in prison and on work release. His crime was killing a man over a pork chop. I knew another one who killed his father in law over a chicken neck.
