Granted China is (way) behind Russia and America in nuclear technology, in some ways.
But, they are rapidly progressing.

How much were the Chinese helped by the Clinton
transfer of IP for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
(including the pending applications at the USPTO)?

Power in the hands of non-Muslims. Not all bad.

“But, they are rapidly progressing.”
Thanks to Bill Clinton. He is said to have jumped them 25 years ahead in exchange for campaign cash. That use to be called treason.

Chinas Nuclear Subs Are Ready to Terrorize the Sea (Now Russia, America and China)
Are Russia, America and China terrorising the sea? Really? With boomers? 'Terrorising the sea' must be pirating or something like that.

How advanced do nuclear weapons have to be to inflict a lot of damage?

Interestingly, there's a SONAR tech in Pearl Harbor that listens to the movements of EVERY Chinese sub from the time it leaves port to the time it returns.
And pinpoints it's location.
They are that loud.

If a nation has nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them, that nation is pretty much immune from attack. I.E., North Korea and soon to be Iran.

Power in the hands of non-Muslims. Not all bad. Unfortunately, that's the way we now have to look at it. It's civilization vs. barbarism - even if we have some disagreements with Russia and China and Europe on exactly how civilization should be structured.

I am not at all concerned about subs. They can be easily tracked and killed so they are a waste of time and money. I am concerned about a volley of ICBMs that we cannot defeat in any way. We can only hope to take them out before they are launched, but in a mass attack scenario we have zero defenses. China is building out their ICBM fleet with some pretty capable missiles.
