This essentially returns that area to the turn of the last century, i.e. early 20th Century, as to the potential health status of many individuals. Of course, that means the larger population is at greater risk. The way it was dealt with then was seclusion at a remote sanitarium.

I can still remember having to take a TB tine skin test in junior high in the late 60s.

Someday soon, someone who has lost a loved one due to the greed and negligence of elected officials is going to “share their pain” with the dictators who treat us like cattle.
