count looks low, was it raining???

Rained Friday, into Friday evening and Saturday morning. Saturday was rather brisk, Sunday (today) was pretty chilly for mid-May. Never got out of the upper 40's/low 50's around the City.

That's likely why the shootings were down this weekend... gangbangers don't like the cold.
