Pot is illegal at the Federal level. A state’s law cannot exceed or modify Federal law.
Alcohol, guns are not illegal at the Federal level. Pot is.

If the federal government was not specifically delegated a particular power by the States and the people (in the US Constitution), then it can only take that power by usurpation, i.e. illegally.
It most certainly can, otherwise I could take my 30-round-mag having, no bullet-button bs, AR-15 into California, without being arrested on felony charges. Nothing in the Constitution gives the federal government the power to criminalize drugs.
