The Cruz delegates don’t matter in terms of the nomination. They could have an impact on the platform and the convention rules.
Most election cycles we in New Jersey are not too important, with such a late primary. Nice to see an exception.
Exactly, why would a guy supported by more than 25% of all primary voters think he should have any say on the platform at the convention? The nerve I tell yah.

Trump must not stop campaigning. He has to get every delegate that he can so that the #nevertrump crowd is driven into the wilderness.

I guess Trump uses this instead of Teflon as an active armor against the 65,000 negative ads hurled his way.
But, Karl Rove said this would NEVER happen. Is it possible he is the one who got it wrong? He does have lots of company. I can’t think of a primary season where so many got so much wrong. Many flocks of crows are in danger.
