If Obama were judged by the Right Wingers of 1963 (as a “Traitor”) as they judged JFK, on his “soft” stance on Communism, he would 100% be seen as a traitor and suffer the consequences therein...we live in a different era now so he is untouchable.

Although his foreign and domestic policies came under harsh criticism from conservatives, no one was calling President Kennedy a traitor except maybe polemicist Revilo Oliver (his first name is his last name spelled backwards). Bertrand Russell, a pacifist and apologist for atheism called JFK a "murderer worse than Hitler" for threatening war during the Cuban Missile Crisis--the same Bertrand Russell who had once called for a nuclear attack on the Soviet Union.

Many people on the Right called JFK a Traitor as evidenced by leaflets handed out in Dallas on the fateful day.

Many in the Defense establishment viewed his backtracking on the Bay of Pigs, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the pulling out of Jupiter Missiles from Turkey and his signing of the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty as a betrayal and a traitor.

If we compare what the President has done since 2008, certain sectors of the American society would deem the President a Traitor...no?
