Every Sunday after church, my friends and I go to a nice restaurant and have Bloody Mary’s and brunch. Usually there are several black people sitting at the bar with us, everyone is laughing and having a good time. Every single time each black person sends their breakfast back in various stages of consumption - half eaten to almost all the way gone while they complain about the way it was cooked, tastes or wasn’t what they wanted. Their breakfast gets removed from their bill.

my pals wife worked at red lobster for a while - she claimed the same thing..

I worked food service in my own bbq catering for a while - I never had a problem...except this one white lady who complained....When you smoke young chicken, the joints stay red...even though its falling apart...she tried to make a scene...so I made a bigger on e and described the effect of carbon monoxide on young chicken...I stopped the whole party and explained the situation....the busy body slinked down in her seat and was terribly embarrassed... but wtf - Im not gonna let someone who doesn't know what they are talking about screw around with my reputation

” ... they complain about the way it was cooked, tastes or wasn’t what they wanted. Their breakfast gets removed from their bill.”

I’ve observed this with increasing frequency at several restaurants we enjoy. It’s just another dimension of the entitlement mentality.

A gal I knew in in college worked at a White Castle in the Blue Island area outside Chicago. customers would routinely come back in an d insist they were shortes on their sliders. The employees knew better but just gave them what they wanted anyway.
