No, he's exactly right. I've been on an Alaska Cruise as recently as a few years ago. You pay out the nose for food on the cruise ship and there's zero excuse to eat anywhere OTHER THAN the cruise ship as a result.
Having said that, Tracy's Crab Shack in Juneau F'ing RULES!!!!! Worth every penny!
