I usually avoid this debate - the average interior wall consists of studs on either side of which is a single piece of wallboard. Why on earth would anyone want to shoot something the size of a hostile human being with anything that doesn't penetrate two lousy pieces of wallboard?

There's no magic to it. Jeff Cooper was right: rule 4, know your target and what's behind it. Or build your house out of armor plating. Hey...wait a minute, now that's a thought...
