I love Polish with Cheese!
Why just this past week pan-fried some Kielbasa in the skillet with diced red and white onions.
And to go for the full redneck mode, I used a combination of aerosol cheese and shredded Colby Jack and Cheddar.
Spicy mustard was out so I had to go pedestrian with yellow mustard.
Seriously, glad they rescued this guy.
