In the Seattle area we have started using toll roads, so most folks have a RFID sticker to lower their charges. In the newspaper they said that many towns are also monitoring those chips as a way to monitor traffic flows. Pick a chip and watch as it goes through town.
Only, of course, used for traffic flow do they do it....
