When is the FDA going to get involved with labeling and getting a list of ingredients from the pot stores?

I find it odd that many of the same folks who want to legalize pot are the same folks who rally against smoking (not all but many).

I also find it odd that here where I am, you can’t even build a patio on your tavern anymore where smokers can go, but you can have Hookah lounges where hipsters smoke indoors (but you can’t have a cigar lounge anymore).

This makes no sense to me. This upsets me, but I can’t put my finger on exactly why. Maybe just the hypocrisy.

I know what you mean for frustration (I live in CO). But I think the reason why is that the FDA has “federal” jurisdiction. Marijuana is not legal on a federal level, it’s legal on a state level. Another example, let’s say that a company manufactures drugs, but as long as all their ingredients, distribution, etc. is within the state, the FDA doesn’t have jurisdiction (even though this situation is rare).
