These hoax lawsuits and claims of discrimination have to have a severe penalty, equal to what an actual guilty verdict would render to those who discriminated.
I read that the 3 females in Albany NY who claimed they were assaulted based on race were indicted yesterday on charges of assault and filing a false police report. We need more of that.
Now THAT’S the way this kind of stuff needs to be handled.
The Freedom Law Center is promoted by the Center for Security Policy, but I don’t exactly know what the relationship is.
Here is a link to another phony anti Muslim fake incident. When I read this last November I knew the story was fake. This story was all over the local media for days. There were no followup stories about the investigation, although the “victim’s” hijab was alleged to have been ripped of her head in broad day light in a parking lot covered with security cameras.
There is a lot of anti American Muslim crap going on at San Diego State. Last week the university president was falsely imprisoned in his car by a horde of Muslims for more than two hours. They were mad because of fliers from David Horowitz naming certain students as pro terrorist.
Send all the islamo girls back to the desert and call them Sandy. They can snatch their evil ways there.

I have always said to watch out for the newest liberal tactic: 'Repeal' to a 3rd position
If you are at position 1, but you want position 2 and you KNOW the voters will not go for it, you write a very poorly worded law advocating position 3, which is the opposite of 2.
Then, when they challenge position 3 in a 'friendly' liberal court, it gets struck down- and liberals take it to mean the OPPOSITE must now be the law, which is position 2- or what they wanted all along.
Take "Don't ask Don't tell". This was adopted as some new policy by the military (although I would maintain it was the de-facto policy all along- as long as you did your job, and kept your sexuality to yourself, no one cared)
So they wrote DADT and then the liberals challenged it in court. And got it REPEALED.
Except repealing did not mean you go back to the way it was, they took it to mean you go to a WHOLE NEW position- open gays in the military.
They did the same thing with gay marriage. The knew no one would vote to approve it, so they wrote a law BANNING it, and then got that 'repealed', and used the 'repeal' to go to a new position- gay marriage is now 'law of the land'
So, if you want a new law, that you know people don't want, write the opposite and then get it 'repealed'.
I hope president Trump challenges ALL these 'repeal to a NEW position' decisions. When you Strike down a law, you don't automatically make new law of the opposite position.
