An Arizona high school student is facing a felony charge after police say he exposed himself in a football team picture that ended up in the school yearbook.
Mesa police say 19-year-old Hunter Osborn was arrested after they were alerted to the picture over the weekend. A police document says the Red Mountain High School team photo shows Osborn exposing his penis through the top of his waistband.

I would think the persons who distributed the photo would be responsible for most of the charges. This guy just showed his wang one time in public. He had no control over the reproduction and distribution of the image.
I agree, the charges should be against the Photographer, School ADMINISTRATORS, Publisher, and even the POST OFFICE or Delivery Company for Distributing it.
So, kinda like all those Disney animated features that have hidden pornographic images?
The principle at my Catholic all boys high school 40 years ago would have handled this far better and with more common sense than bringing stupid felony and 69 misdemeanor charges.
Oh, and the picture would never have found its way into the yearbook in the first place.
When people lose common sense and self-responsiblity, all the laws in the world can’t fix them.
Through the *top* of his waistband?
He’s 19 years old and still in high school?
I thin k he’s 19 now......the yearbook was from last year. Or at least that is what the news said........
The year book student staff and their teacher should also face charges. It’s their responsibility to go over the photos and put together the book.

was there something wrong with his wang, or what?
As the editor of my HS yearbook (many years ago), I can attest that students try repeatedly to get something “funny” in the pages. Gotta inspect every bit of copy, every photo, every layout carefully, and with multiple layers of review. The lead photographer was a hilarious, irreverent guy, also some of the other editors. Had to set boundaries and reel them in on occasion. We still had some controversial stuff in the pages that I & the yearbook advisor approved — early 70s. Can’t necessarily go after the publisher or shipper. They produced and deliver yearbooks for so many schools; they won’t catch everything.
Heck, I was bussed to a majority black junior high when I was 12 y/o and had to play sports & shower with 16 & 17 y/o “students” who had beards and criminal records.
If he dresses like Ed Grimley, I'm impressed.
Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
ALL OF THEM, If I were this kid I wouldn’t worry too much, it looks like he may have one hell of a RICO Case against the whole bunch.
They conspired to distribute clandestine Pornography and when they got caught they all blamed it on the VICTIM!

Only if the staff and teacher knew about it. From the photo I saw in the Daily Mail, it seems liked you'd have to use a magnifying glass to spot it - and even then it might be hard to distinguish unless you knew what you were looking for. IMO, this doesn't warrant a felony charge.
I guess nobody on this thread has heard of “ball walking.”
Perhaps the charge will be dismissed. Lack of evidence.
