If a transgender woman dressed as a man used a men’s bathroom who would know? They couldn’t use the urinal.
So how would they be identified? Here’s an idea. Naked ID cards for everyone. Then when you see a woman with suspicious “man hands” in a woman’s bathroom you can call 911 and the police can check their naked ID.
Trannies who could “pass” could always use the ladies’ room, and they did, none the wiser. This has been so for all of history.
The Charlotte bill and others like it go far past that reality to formally codify acceptance of perversion in public. Under these new laws, an actual ordinary woman or girl has NO RECOURSE to any man going into any ladies’ room at any time, period. A rapist can say, “I identify as a butch lesbian” and that is good enough.
