Now, as I said on another thread, what law are you proposing that will apply to “packs of men” (no mention of women for some reason) that are going to storm women’s restrooms, that wont be picked apart by the left as applying to these two:

How are you even going to tell the difference between a dude in a dress looking to perv on women, and a butch female or a gruff-looking lesbian that could look like this?

How about the parents that have made up their little boys to look like girls?
You even have cases of women at concert venues going to the men’s room because the line for the ladies room is insanely long. Do these people count too?
And let’s not forget the women from India with a beard they wear for religious reasons.
The problem is that people on the right, either through laziness or just going off half-assed, aren’t making any effort to create laws that address sexual assault or harassment in this manner, by these types, and levy harsh penalties. They are just screaming about how every example of these “trans” types is going to be a big burly dude, with a beard, in a dress, and how we are here to protect the women’s and little girls (never mind the little boys), leaving themselves wide open for the left to couch us as “transphobic” because the law technically will snare every example I gave above. Pure carelessness!
What do we think is going to happen when one of these actual trans people start documenting how they went to the restroom, no one noticed them, and nothing nefarious happened? Now we have a law designed to stop these people from using the other restroom, and people were too duped to even catch it.
What will happen when someone calls the cops on someone and they find out they made a mistake? That person will sue the hell out of everyone involved and the whole law might easily get struck down.
There are so many holes in this effort that it is doomed to fail from the word go, but no one wants to acknowledge it because I guess it’s more fun to be a martyr than actually save “women and little girls” from actual rapists.
