Sounds more like a disrespectful daughter. But then, in today’s liberal world she was just expressing her inner self and it’s the mother’s fault for being so restrictive. Daughter’s self esteem take precedence.

She's too young to legally have tattoos, but almost certainly has some prison style ink on her ankles and wrists.
