The 20 something who wrote the line explained it to her. The entire thing is a Hollywood production without the slightest hint of reality. I do not believe we ever see a single real moment with her.
You can always tell when she’s using a word or phrase that’s pure pandering to some group or other. Her irritating voice gets even more strident and she YELLS whatever it is, hoping to excite wild applause and adulation.
Or else she barks.
