“We have learned that America is at a point of choosing.”
Cruz doesn’t believe in letting Americans choose, he champions voterless delegates and wants to take the rights of Americans to choose their nominee away from them and instead have the decision made top down by agents of the Republican establishment and not by the majority base and their votes.
There is nothing Presidential about his unprincipled betrayal of the base and his friends running an un-American caste system as a so-called “system”, the voters are sick of politicians like Cruz and their entire Party Syndicate.
I didn’t hear his speech or whatever this canned stump thingy is called, I was walking my dog instead, but reading this lame thing the first thing I thought of was the crap my dog layed. The thing is, I can clean up that crap, but no one can clean up the crap in this “speech” of Cruz’s, and huw dare he invoke the name of Ronald Reagan, my family worked to elect Reagan first as Governor and then as President, there is no way in hell Reagan would be for Cruz if he was alive, Reagan would be for Trump and Trump is facing the same crap Reagan did when he first ran. And from the same Syndicate that Cruz signed on to.
This speech is a bunch of lame ad hominems and the same-old-same-olds the GOPe losers have been shopping on us for a decade now and as phony sounding as McConnell, Bush, Romney, Ryan, Graham, et all. Cruz’s “speech” here is just another egg he laid. Anyway, as far as choosing, we have already chose who we want, Trump, and Cruz us just another creep trying to silence us and use dotble agents of the GOPe to deny our will and choice.
“Will we continue to live in the past with what we know no longer works” ?
That is exactly what Cruz is about. Living in the past with the GOPe caste system and their contempt for the base and their mandate, which we all know no longer works, certainly doesn’t work for us.
If Cruz had any principles at all, he would drop out of the race. Mr. Penguin needs to get lost, and this “speech” is so canned it stinks.
I believe you've identified Ted's next logical career move, playing The Penguin in the Batman series of movies. He should be good for at least the next three or four.
