You are not the only one who feels this way.

Huh? The tweets on Iowa were documented. Ted cheaTED.

What happened to Cruz was he was found out as a GOPe mole in the Tea Party.

Grow up.

“Gathering delegates” to nominate a candidate is not going to produce someone who will be necessarily viable in November. I prefer the party nominate a candidate who millions of voters stood in line to vote for.

This principle applies to any election, regardless of who the candidates are.

I believe the problem began when Trump supporters on FR were having such a good time and the Cruz supporters would have none of it.

The pecking increased but the TRUMP TRAIN rolled on having fun.

Then IOWA backfired on Cruz, for his treachery and tactics. Carson seemed shell shocked, deeply hurt and finally blue with rage.

Cruz was already burdened by his pony tricks in the senate, do I really have to type up that list of globalist agenda items he enables?

Here we are at this point and Cruz is generally hated, on his own merit, found campaigning now on NOTHING but dirty tricks with delegates, and how to thwart the people’s will of TRUMP.

Everything Cruz is doing to TRUMP in the suppressing, rejecting and replacing of Trump supporters to be his delegates, Cruz is doing to the people who put TRUMP where he is, at the head of the pack, smoking the field, and doing it with no theft.

The people are pissed.

We have picked our nominee. Cruz and his cut throat delegates are in the way. Thankfully, the GOPE hate him too, and he will never be the nominee.

Cruz loses on that Second Ballot, if it even occurs. Nobody wants Cruz. That’s something his flock of geese are unprepared for.

THAT is why Kasickkkk is still in. He knows Cruz is out.

Well said, and what many of us are thinking as well. Sheesh and say anything untoward about Trump and the bitter invectives just come streaming forth in post after post. Yet in typically specious and child-like manner the Trumpers will blame everything on Cruz and Cruz supporters as having started everything first.

Really, it is tiresome. I am so disappointed that posters on FR can be so uncivil towards others on this board. Very eye-opening.

I only have two worries about Cruz.

One, he was born in Canada.

Two, his father was not an American citizen at the time of his birth.

All other faults or precieved faults are null and void.

Always had Cruz as my #2. Still do. However, his inability to stand up to protesters in Chicago and instead blame Trump for the violence really disappointed me. He could have been a leader. He could have sent a message. Instead he went for political points.

Because there are as many, if not more, LIVs on the right as on the left. Who knew?

And while admire your gallant effort at stating the truth..you're wasting your time..you can't reason with a closed mind, or a brick wall.

Why were you waiting for him?

Cruz doesn’t understand the economy.
He seems to me to be less conservative than Trump.
He seems to be in bed with the GOPe.
His character needs serious work including honesty and integrity.
He has very little management experience (13 gov’t lawyers)

First, there was the attack against him that he played dirty tricks in Iowa by relaying an MSM message that Carson was leaving the race.

That was the first clue. Since then, Cruz has proven over and over again that he is NOT a "principled conservative". In fact, he has shown himself to be as unprincipled as Obama. The ends justify the means. Sorry, he is just another corrupt politician, unworthy of his position. I hope the next election sends him packing from politics.

In the primary, though, I want the most conservative in the race who has shown he knows how to win. That man is Ted Cruz. Why he is slimed on a conservative board is beyond me... and it saddens me. Maybe he isn't your guy... fine. Why does he have to be slimed? If he does manage to pull out an upset... what have you accomplished but hurting our best chance for conservative restoration in this country?

Trump has received the most votes (2 million more than Cruz), won the most states (twice what Cruz has won), and won 200 more delegates than Cruz soon to be a lot more as NY is tabulated today and the other states coming up on April 26th, the date that will mark the end of Cruz's ability to reach 1,237 thru the primary process. So how is Cruz a winner when he can't even beat Trump, the novice who is running for elective office for the first time?

How much is Cruz really a conservative? Who are his donors? He is a first term senator without any real legislative accomplishments. He has spent most of his working life feeding at the public trough. He is closely related to the Bushes and has Neil Bush on his campaign staff. Lindsey Graham, a member of the Gang of 8, has endorsed him.

Cruz has had a conversion on the way to Cleveland on immigration and trade policy. Can we really trust him on these issues? Why has Senator Sessions endorsed Trump over Cruz?

Intellectual Dishonesty, Ted Cruz Supporters, and The TPA Argument…

Watch this and tell me that Cruz is a conservative. It is disgusting to watch him cite a bogus study to justify increasing H-1B visas by 500%. Cruz Amendment 5 did not have Jeff Sessions support.

Where we used to see Ted Cruz as a principled conservative... we now attack anyone who likes him as a "Cruzite" or "Cruzombie"... what happened?

Yes, lots of us used to think Ted Cruz was a constitutional conservative, with high hopes for his political future.

That was back before it leaked out that he was a natural born Canadian citizen, that he was most likely never a US citizen, that he was definitely NOT constitutionally eligible for the US presidency, and most likely not even eligible to hold the Senate seat that he currently occupies.

That was also before his opening speech at Liberty University wherein he revealed himself as a snake-oil salesman chasing the lowest-IQ ten percent of the electorate who bow down to any sleazy, slimy, lyin', cheating, sniveling, scumbag who simply mentions the word "Jesus" in their pitch. Lucky for the USA, the Southern Bible Belt people have seen that garbage far too many times, and all across the South, they soundly rejected Slimy Sleazy Lyin' Ted right off the bat.

That was also before the stories of his long string of sleazy infidelities started leaking out.

That was also before he was openly hooked up with Looney Glenn Beck, follow shortly by Mitt Romney, the Bushes, and a long, long list of other GOP establishment commie globalist pukes.

Then all the slimy behavior on the campaign trail, and in the debates ...

And it just keeps getting worse for Lyin' Ted.

When Cruz backed the anarchists in Chicago over an opposing candidate’s rally and his right to free speech while claiming to be a strict constitutionalist is what soured my opinion for Cruz.

Here the thing...

what we've been finding out over the years that the GOP has been setting conservative base up lying to us...

One by one we have found almost every one of the GOP candidates or leaders was a fake or fraud......

so one by one each GOP leader fell as exposed as men with feet of clay....it was the process of elimination that got you down to Cruz as the last one that seen honest

so is in much surprise to find the Cruz was also a fake(maybe one of the worst of all) a phony a deceiver?.....

is it that much of a shock to see Cruz who claimed he was the highest of principles and Integrity turned out to be at the lowest principles and the least integrity ... it just turned out to be another in a long line of opportunist that have played on the conservative base looking for “another Reagan”?.....

It just puts Cruz in good company with the rest of the GOP leadership nothing more

open your eyes and look at his actions and see what he really is take the blinders off your eyes let the scales fall from them...

Cruz is just another opportunist playing you for a fool like the rest of the GOPe has been doing for years
