Johnny Manziel has been fired by his new agent Drew Rosenhaus. It was revealed last Wednesday that Rosenhaus had told Manziel he would not continue their relationship unless the disgraced quarterback agreed to enter a facility to receive treatment for his alleged substance abuse issues. Manziel responded by spending the weekend partying in Coachella. This is now the second agent to fire Manziel is as many months. ESPN was the first to report the news.

His parents would be utter fools if they support his bad habits with their money. I immediately thought of Terrell Owens. He earned something like $90 million in salary in the NFL - but declared bankruptcy within 2-3 years of his final season.
Anyway, Manziel is done in football. No GM would touch him now, and he needs to have a track-record of being clean to be trusted, which will take quite a while. By then, no one will care.
How do you get fired by an agent? He can drop you as a client, but he can’t “fire” you because you don’t work for him, he works for you.
You win - no one noticed that. You can DROP your client. Only the client can fire the agent.
NFL Europe is defunct. And I can't see Canada being nuts enough to take a chance on him. Arena maybe. But players occasionally come from the Arena league and make it in the NFL. They don't start in the NFL, drop to Arena league, and then climb their way back.
Looks like this is one of those situations were he has to hit bottom in order to be willing to shape up.
Anyone that makes it to this level is in the top 1% of all ballplayers in the country. Too bad he’s about to throw it all away.
Don’t count Johnny out yet. TFND as we say here in Kerrville.
If he goes to the Arena League the can call him Johnny Pinball.
The Snake and Broadway Joe had proven themselves as top tier performing QB’s in the NFL by that time. To my knowledge, neither of them ever skipped a game to go to Vegas or wherever. Maisel has much maturing to do if he plans to make a career in the NFL. Nothing is guaranteed to him. He has to prove he can play at that level. If not, he may have a promising career as a used car salesman. As have several other Heisman trophy winners.
If he does, he'll be next year's winner of ESPN's "Courage" award.
Von Miller may well sit out the season with a salary dispute. I don't think he'll be any help for Manziel.
And Miller denied the whole Manziel story anyway, another of Johnny Screwball’s fantasies.

This guy is a train wreck waiting to happen.
Pray for him.
Don’t recall those folks knocking female ear drums out and pulling women’s hair, not showing up for mandatory meetings on injury reserve, ect.
Johnny Unemployed.
