Does the Colorado GOP have the ability to confer or deny rights.
Who has the franchise to vote in Colorado primaries?
Who took that right away?
Words have meaning. (Except ‘Fair’ which has no meaning other than what people decide to give it, and it changes for every person)
Absolutely no one was disenfranchised.
