I love hot sauce and hot peppers but about eight years ago I couldn’t use anything with cayenne without getting terrible heart burn. If I knew I would be eating something soon enough I would take a Pepcid but even then I would still have discomfort. Then someone turned me on to probiotics and I NEVER have to take Pepcid any more. I just take the Phillips Colon Health every day and it’s amazing. I knew it was to prevent bloating and such after eating but never thought it would eliminate heartburn. I use all the hot sauce I want now.

Careful with that! Those are now linked to kidney disease/damage. Article seen in this past few days. Antacids used can cause kidney damage.
