I forgot to mention that I also add a large can of sliced jalapeno’s to my soup. Love hot food.

I mix two or three tablespoons in a glass of water. And gulp it down. Helps when my blood pressure spikes.

Put a sizable shot of pepper in whiskey, warmed to at least a tepid level, strip off your clothes, jump into bead, and wait for the sweat to come.

Clears the sinuses, ends the outbreak of boils and/or acne, opens the lungs, removes the cholesterol plague on your circulatory system, and settles digestive problems, but you think you are in Hell for a while.

We LOVE slicing fresh jalapenos very thin and sautéing them (we use canola and butter) until they are almost black and crispy. I usually fix about 7 peppers and we make nachos the next day with the leftovers. Wonderful with steak, pork and chicken entrees....IMHO! Oh, turn on the vent or you’ll also open the sinus passages!
