It should also be noted the attempt to legislate such a law or such a Constitutional Amendment is itself unconstitutional. The Constitution did not grant the Congress the enumerated power to alter Natural Law. The Constitution only granted the Congress the power “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization”, which is the making of a naturalized citizen or unnatural citizen. Furthermore, no legislature can ever have the power to alter Natural Law, anymore than such an artificial statutory law can magically transform an adoptive mother into a natural mother or an adopted child into a natural child.
