But here’s the deal: The theory is that banning it in ballparks will prevent kids from seeing the players use, so they won’t use. Doubtful proposition. If he thinks it’s so bad, just go ahead and ban its use,sale, etc. Why target one group? This is actually an equal protection of the laws issue.
