it will probably be sealed
Maybe. More like it will not come out in time to do anything about it.
cops here in Texas do not go to jail, they were protecting the public dontcha know
And each other's careers. This is the most corrupt smelling thing I have ever seen coming out of Texas since Lyndon Baines Johnson.
I think at some point this will go Federal, and then that seal will come off.
To be honest, I live in Texas, even though the locals, swat, Rangers and feds had them staked out this will be a big cover up to protect all the gov employees and you heard it here first all charges will be dropped against the cyclists
hm wonder why? maybe most of the deaths were via the gov.
nah no way
I believe that is actually a reasonable possibility. To go forward implicates people they don't want implicated.
hm wonder why? maybe most of the deaths were via the gov.
This is what I think too.
“I shall not be surprised to discover that all fatalities were caused by .556.”
Average fatality of handgun rounds that hit—25%. About 30% of handgun rounds actually hit their target in a gun fight. That means about 120 rounds would have to be fired from handguns to produce nine expected fatalities.
OTOH, .556 fired by folks standing off at 50-100 yards and aiming with optics would produce nine fatalities with many fewer shots. Maybe with nine shots—maybe fewer given the penetration properties of .556. Fifty yards to center of mass is an easy shot with an AR.
Glad you asked.

They came up really fast, and the prospect turned and faced the bikes, the Cossack chapter president said. He fell backward into other [parked] bikes. The guy who hit him stopped and got off of his bike and said, What are you doing? Get . . . out of my way. Were trying to park.
Cossacks quickly jumped to the prospects defense, he said: Guys were saying, Youre disrespecting us, or, Were not backing down.
In a blink, it started, he said: Two punches: One from them, one from us. A Bandido with a patch identifying him as sergeant-at-arms of the same chapter threw a punch at Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, known as Richie, who was from Pasadena, Tex. Jordan punched the guy back.
At that point in time, the sergeant in arms shot Richie point-blank, the Cossack said.
Police said Jordan died of a gunshot wound to the head.
Then all the Bandidos standing in the parking lot started pulling guns and shooting at us, he said.

” Clubs, even of eeeeeeeeevil bikers, dont want melees any more than you or I do.”
“
Faced with the choice between a potential death penalty and freedom, some Texas members of the Bandidos biker club charged in last weekends deadly shootout can be expected to start talking with investigators, police say.
And that could shed fresh light on the role top American bikers may have played in the slaughter of eight Toronto-area bikers in 2006.”
“five of nine shot in the head, those boys must put in a hell of a lot of range time... “
Easy to hit the head when you are only a few feet away or bending over a person on the ground ...
May 2015. Bueller.....Bueller....
“watch the (most likely cop) video in #2, looks like everybody was hauling ass not standing around doing headshots “
If you look at the video, there are a bunch in the melee that are NOT running but still fighting in close quarters ...
This lady probably regrets her text messages.
“An arrest complaint says during the investigation of the Twin Peaks shooting, text messages to and from Howell from March 2015 were found on a phone belonging to a gang member charged in the shooting.”
“fighting”
At least you are acknowledging that the gangs were fighting ...
