Are you in favor of allowing unfettered government access to personal information would be okay in the case of jihadis, drug runners, and kiddie porn aficionados?
What reasonable person would disagree with that?
How about murderers and rapists too? I think that would be okay. How about thieves?
I suppose in all of these cases, this would only be unfettered access for people who have been convicted, right? Because, after all, no reasonable person would want to allow unlimited government access to personal data for people who are only suspected of such things, right?
Unfettered? Certainly not.But as you surely know the 4th Amendment prohibits *UNREASONABLE* searches and seizures. But Little Timmy Cook sees the Constitution as a "living document",as do most of this country's filthy, worthless leftists (and tinfoil-hat "conservatives"),and thus insist the Founding Fathers really meant *ALL* searches and seizures.
The Constitution is not a suicide pact.Nor is it *blanket* protection for those with naughty photos of little boys on their iPhones.
One can only wonder what photos Little Timmy Cook might have on *his* iPhone.
