My grandfather was once called a Polock by some Buffalo, New York sanitation workers back in the 1930's. What difference does it make now? Listen, Philadelphia has many problems now, some of them, no doubt racially based. Wouldn't it make more sense to focus on them? I know expecting anything productive out of politicians is like expecting slug to fly.
