God, I remember that horrific episode only too well. It was the most gut-wrenching example of demonic court-ordered torture and death I’ve ever seen.
And yes, Jeb Bush could have stopped it and saved Terri, but he wussed out, just like his father wussed out on us, and just like his brother wussed out on us. A family of wusses, obviously.
I remember that after the Florida Scientology judge and husband murdered her, after starving her to death, I was sick myself for an entire month afterwards. I remember trying to plant stuff that April in my garden for spring, as I was barely able to breathe from a respiratory flu. I never knew that emotional stress could actually make you sick like that. It can and did.
God bless Terri Shiavo and her family. And God damn to hell her former husband and Judge Grier. And He will, since both of them are/were cultists of Scientology that ‘legally’ murdered her.
As a former member of that, um, organization, let me say that scientologists believe in reincarnation (not called that, but they do believe that we all come back in a fresh new body). Doubtless he believed he was giving Terri a chance at a new and healthy body instead of being imprisoned in a damaged one for decades and that this was an act of kindness, not brutality.
He was wrong, but he acted based on his beliefs.
I had prepared a post to you...so many typos because I am on,a tablet....
You are so right... You have a caring heart. Terri died for no reason, except money I guess. Heartbreaking.
