it looks like the punch connected. You can clearly see a closed fist being thrown and the victim recoiling. You can clearly see that she wasn’t defending herself in any way shape or form and was the aggressor.

It never was clear to me who actually sprayed her until I looked at the video you presented. I was under the impression it was the dude that was being assaulted/battered by the female agitator/juvenile delinquent but it appears to have been the gentleman standing next to him.

There is another angle. She wasn't punching the old guy FWIW. Good video. At 2:04 we can clearly see her land a punch directly on the guy's eye. Clear as day. All the guy was doing at the time was laughing.
