Is it normal that when a guest shows up for an interview with a white dress shirt but no tie and jacket for a male CNN host to ask him where his jacket was or why didn't he wear a jacket? I saw the video of the interview, and Cruz was as described above, sans suit jacket and tie. I can't remember if he showed off the tat in that video or somewhere else, but there's definitely a still of that out there. I think his was on his right forearm near his elbow.
It came across to me like maybe it had been bandied about before the show.
