DPS has been looted by the corrupt dem/black political establishment of Detroit for decades. The buildings are crumbling, the system is insolvent, the teachers are on strike, the graduates of the system are illiterate and ignorant.

There is a solution. Declare the system bankrupt and give any assets to the bondholders. Fire all the employees. Issue vouchers to the parents and let the marketplace work its magic.
