Co-workers and family laugh at me for paying cash everywhere I go. They tell me that I’m “missing out” on all the “rewards” with these companies. I’m missing out on shitty customer service? I’m missing out on worrying about whether or not my payment went through on time? I ditched credit cards 10 years ago, and I have no regrets. I still don’t understand why people think they’re a necessity.
