Trump doesn't ‘threaten’ he put Cruz on notice: “Straighten out your birth right in this Country or I will, has Cruz done anything about it yet? Have you seen his papers saying he has ‘naturalization papers’? Have you seen an American Birth Certificate?

And now he's putting people on notice to stop taking delegates away when he won them in certain States, they did it with obuma, but they won't be doing it with Trump...

You put people on notice, then get the paper work ready, and then boom, your in court...course you have to go thru the process before you know what steps your taking...

Cruz has been certified by every state that has held its primary to date

You let us know when that DOES NOT happens.

Trump always has an excuse and a lawsuit ready!

Somebody's always mean and unfair to poor Donald.

Nobody is taking delegates away. Trump has failed to follow the process in place to elect delegates for the national convention.

What Trump has done is akin to filing a lawsuit and then not bothering to follow the Rules of Civil Procedure that govern the handling of civil lawsuits within the judical system.

Ignorant of the legal process, Trump essentially wants to skip the trial and go straight to closing arguments in front of jury that he had no interest in picking. Guess what happens at trial when the other side picks the jury?
