A suit jacket is never worn mismatched over a dress. The dress in ‘The Lead’ photograph has a see-through black yoke collar and is trimmed with black ribs. She would wear a black jacket (only) with that dress.
The jacket in the tattoo photo is a charcoal gray or deep navy w blue pin-striping. That’s definitely a men’s suit jacket given the large size of the collar and lapels and the pin striping. Women’s pinstriped wool suits are a rarity these days, even among bankers.
Like the tattoo, the jacket belongs on a man.
