All depends on how they were carrying on during their entering and exiting...holding hands...arm around each other, stopping to kiss, etc. We will find out soon enough I think...
The assumption of the writer for the Washington Times that got fired was because he spread a rumor...it more likely was because he let the cat out of the bag that the Times has the story as well...
And restaurants have receipts and credit card records.
